The
Montclair Society of Engineers is an active organization of men and
women engaged in all disciplines of the engineering and scientific
professions. The society was founded in 1924 to promote friendly
associations among engineers, to contribute professional knowledge and
experience to the solution of community problems, and to assist
students in the study of engineering and allied sciences.
A
yearly calendar of activities includes lectures on subjects of both
technical and broad general interest. Meetings feature the added
attraction of a social hour pre-meeting. All members and the public are
invited.
A program of field trips offers members unusual opportunities to tour operating plants,
construction sites, laboratories and other places of interest.
